Glimpse
sometimes a thought flutters
in your head a falling leaf
unveils a glimpse of
what is possible
should the mist rise
the storm die down
away with the clouds and wind
should you in that sudden silence
be able to hear the announcement
a crackling new rustle
of what will come will come, but
sometimes first like a child
bursting through heaps of leaves
it needs an inner romp
