On Sunday 13 March, poets, writers, musicians and students from the Christian gymnasium Beyers Naudé came together in Eetcafé De Basuin in Leeuwarden, for a cultural manifestation for peace. They formed a line-up with short performances.
Admission was free, with a donation to support Giro555. The afternoon raised more than a thousand euros.
The meeting was an initiative of the poet collective RIXT, cultural opinion magazine De Moanne and Leeuwarden City of Literature.
