At the Skriuwersfakskoalle, Frisian writers are given ample have the ability to develop and experiment with prose, poetry, drama, and essays. The 150th anniversary of the Tripgemaal is a wonderful occasion to present work by these new and more experienced writers. On Sunday afternoon, August 16, you can enjoy texts in various genres and styles, centered around the theme ‘Sink or Swim’.
This afternoon takes place just before the start of the new academic year at the Skriuwersfakskoalle. Therefore, there will be a social gathering for both writers and visitors following the readings.
The names of the participating writers will be announced later.
The Skriuwersfakskoalle is a collaboration between Leeuwarden UNESCO City of Literature, Tresoar, and Schrijversvakschool.
