Thursday evening, March 3, Leeuwarden-Fryslân 2028 presented the program for the Arcadia cultural festival.
Arcadia lasts 100 days, from May 6th through August 14th with exhibitions, productions, and fellowship throughout the whole of Fryslân. As part of that, Leeuwarden UNESCO City of Literature is putting on the short story project, Happiness delayed.
Take a spin on March 3rd and 4rd around the world of Arcadia by Ferris wheel, which will be turning its wheels near the Achmea tower in Leeuwarden until the end of March.
