All across Friesland, (extra) reading aloud happens in Frisian: at childcare facilities, with childminders, at schools and of course at home! For toddlers, there is a beautiful new Tys & Teske read-aloud book, which also appears in Bildts, Stellingwerfs and Franekers.
For older children up to 8 years old, there is an events booklet again. Various performances can be seen in libraries.
