On Thursday 9 September, Museum Dr8888 will organize a lecture with writer Flip van Doorn in the Drachten Library at 3 pm.
The reason for the lecture is the exhibition De schilder en zijn landschap in Museum Dr8888, which focuses on the Frisian landscape during three different time periods.
The book De Friezen, which Van Doorn published this year and that was tipped by the Volkskrant as ‘a heartwarming ode’ to Friesland, is the central theme of the lecture.
