It Skriuwersbûn and Tresoar are organizing an essay competition. The essay must be about storytelling and has to be written in Frisian. Tresoar has attractive cash prizes for the winners, and the best essays will be published.
On Friday evening, January 9th, at 7:30 PM, there will be an information evening at Proeflokaal Wouters in Leeuwarden. Doeke Sijens will talk more about essay writing and share tips.
You can submit your essay to ynfo@skriuwersboun.frl until April 2nd, 2026. The results will be announced at a special evening in June.
