The solo exhibition Salon Barricade by Erik de Boer closes with a special poetry marathon. Erik is a poet and visual artist who creates kindly alienating things. With found objects, discarded materials and objects with a past, he gives form to the madness of the everyday. What you recognize, shifts. What seems familiar, chafes. A place for reflection, humour and imagination.

On Sunday 31 May many poets will perform in a relay of poetry. Each poet performs one poem of maximum two minutes, then the next is up. This relay creates a closing that will stay with you.

Want to perform yourself? The stage is for everyone. Register via e.d.deboer@live.nl or spontaneously step forward. You can go more than once, but at least one poet must have performed after you.

The exhibition is free to visit from Thursday to Sunday from 2:00-5:00 PM, before and after performances and by appointment.
