Literaire DIS Dokkum (sold out)

The library opens a pop-up restaurant at a beautiful industrial location: the former Dokwurk building in Dokkum. Beautiful stories and good food go wonderfully together. Five culinary courses from De Abdij are alternated with five courses full of literature, poetry and music.

This Literaire DIS is organised by Bibliotheken Noord Fryslân as part of Heel Nederland Leest. This year, everyone in the Netherlands receives the book Het Diner by Herman Koch as a gift from the library in November. A title to make your mouth water and the perfect match with this 10-course dinner.

Arnon Grunberg, Saskia Noort, Nina Polak and Douwe Bob will join this special evening. This season we will expand the programme with new names.
