Languages from Groningen, de Bildt and Franeker will be heard from Fieke Gosselaar, Jan de Vries and Liesbeth Terpstra.

The event will take place on at the municipality of Waadhoeke, which, as a multilingual municipality, also celebrates the European Day of Languages with its own program. Due to security, there is limited space for the public and mandatory registration, but it is also broadcast digitally via Waadhoeke.

The European Day of Languages event is organized by the European Office for Lytse Talen (EBLT) and Mercator European Knowledge Center / Fryske Akademy in collaboration with the Municipality of Waadhoeke and Leeuwarden City of Literature.
