With Decemberlicht, duo Kroft&Smids brings light into the dark days around Christmas and New Year’s Eve, by transforming buildings into places where stories are told in words or images with projections at various locations in the Leeuwarden city center.

A poem on a bare wall, a beautiful quote on a monument, a facade that becomes a movie screen… From December 17, 2024 to January 5, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Decemberlicht will be there for the fifth time.
