The Nederlands Letterenfonds has opened two temporary support measures for makers of Dutch or Frisian literature. Literary translators into (and from) Dutch have the option of requesting an assignment for a fragment translation. In addition, the From Maker to Reader 2021 application is open.
A broad group of writers, translators, illustrators, spoken word artists, and graphic novelists can apply for a subsidy of € 2,500 to bridge the gap between their work and the (potential) public. Applications are processed in order of receipt until the budget is used up; all application options close at the beginning of June.
