Sunday, November 8, the first of a series of short poetry films by Nyk de Vries as Poet of Fryslân premiered on Omrop Fryslân TV (Fryslân Dok). Seven poems by the Poet of Fryslân will be filmed in the project with filmmaker Herman Zeilstra.
The first poetry film is based on the poem ‘Starting’ that the Poet of Fryslân wrote at the start of his poetry of Fryslân.
