The Frisian edition of Pippi Longstocking is popular, the book will be ready for its second edition within a few weeks. The first edition of 1000 copies, which appeared in mid-November at publishing house Afûk, is almost sold out. The second edition will be in the bookstore in two weeks.
The “Frisian Pippi” was released in honor of the 75th birthday of the strongest girl in the whole world. The translation was done by Martsje de Jong.
