Writing, how many people don’t consider doing that? But how? What are the pitfalls, how can readers be drawn into the story, how does language work? That (and more) will be discussed during a short three-evening course for beginning and experienced writers. The language of instruction and writing is Frisian.

The course is taught by Koos Tiemersma. He started writing lyrics when he was fifteen. In 2000 he switched to prose. In 2002 he made his debut with De ljedder, followed by many more novels, a children’s book and a collection of short stories. His novel Einum was awarded the Gysbert Japicxpriis in 2015.

Dates: Tuesday September 22, October 6, October 20 and November 10, from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Costs: € 50.00. Sign up before September 15 via ynfo@tresoar.nl
