This year&#8217;s theme is &#8220;Turbulent Times.&#8221; Poet Jan Kooistra, representing the Skriuwersb\u00fbn and the RIXT poetry collective, will read several poems, including &#8220;J\u00fbnskuier yn febrewaris.&#8221; This year, poets from 16 countries will participate, performing in their own languages\u2014both minor and major.
