Sytse Jansma won the 2025 Poetry Debut Prize for his collection Rozige maanvissen (Atlas Contact, 2024), an initiative of the Flanders and Netherlands Poetry Centre and deAuteurs. The award ceremony took place on Saturday, October 18th, at the Archipel Festival in Sint-Niklaas. The poet received a cash prize of €1,500.
Rozige maanvissen was previously awarded the C. Buddingh’ Prize for the best Dutch debut of 2024.
